To create an account and use the platform, you must represent and warrant that:

We reserve the right to request proof of age or identity at any time. Accounts created with falsified age or identity information will be terminated immediately without a refund.

When registering, you agree to provide current, accurate, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree that:

1. You will only create one personal account.
2. You will not use a false identity, impersonate any person, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
3. You will promptly update your account information if any changes occur.
4. You will notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

You are solely responsible for the information, text, photos, and other content you upload. By uploading User-Generated Content (UGC), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, store, use, display, and modify your content solely for the purpose of operating the platform.

Profile content must adhere to the following acceptable use policy:

• Images must accurately represent you.
• No full nudity, explicit sexual content, or violent imagery is permitted in public profile photos.
• No inclusion of personal contact information (phone numbers, email addresses, social media handles) in public bio text to prevent spam and protect your privacy.

To ensure a high-quality experience, the following activities are strictly prohibited. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account termination:

• Commercial Solicitation: Selling goods, services, or directing users to external commercial websites or subscription platforms (e.g., OnlyFans).
• Escort Services & Prostitution: The platform strictly prohibits the solicitation of prostitution, escort services, or any transactional sexual relationships. Any mention of PPM (Pay Per Meet) for intimacy is banned.
• Harassment & Abuse: Bullying, stalking, intimidation, defaming, or sending unsolicited explicit materials to other members.
• Fraud & Scamming: Attempting to extract money from other users under false pretenses, requesting gift cards, or sharing phishing links.

All interactions on the platform must be consensual. If a user asks you to stop communicating with them, you must comply immediately.

Safety and Offline Meeting Disclaimer: We are not responsible for the conduct of any user on or off the platform. We do not conduct criminal background checks or verify the statements of our users. You agree to take all necessary precautions when interacting with others, particularly if you decide to communicate off-platform or meet in person. Always meet in a public place, inform a friend of your whereabouts, and manage your own personal safety.

Free vs Premium Features: Basic registration allows you to create a profile and browse. Premium membership is required to initiate unlimited messages, view advanced search filters, and access premium profile insights.

Auto-Renewal: By purchasing a premium subscription, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method at the end of each billing cycle (e.g., monthly, quarterly) until you cancel. You must cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid further charges.

Refund and Cancellation Policy: Except as required by applicable law, all purchases are final and non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for partial months.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, data compilations, and software, is the property of Sugar Mama India or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. You may not extract and/or re-utilize parts of the content of the website without our express written consent.

We utilize both automated systems and human moderators to monitor compliance with these terms. We reserve the right to review messages reported by users.

Account Removal: You may terminate your account at any time via your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice or refund if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service or engaged in behavior harmful to the platform or other users.

Disclaimer of Warranties: The platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, either express or implied, regarding the platform's reliability, accuracy, or suitability for finding a specific type of relationship.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sugar Mama India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform or the conduct of other users.

Dispute Resolution Process: Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. You agree to waive your right to participate in a class-action lawsuit.

Changes Notice: We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the site or sending an email. Your continued use of the site following changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
